Scenario
The plant maintenance supervisor comes to you, the Human Resources Manager, and says that he has made several 35 ft. straight ladders with 2X4 lumber. He says he needs these, as he can then get multiple people to work at the same time, and he will use the ladders for about a month. He says that he has made these to National Safety Council specs.
